Dear customers
As you may be aware, there was a Europe-wide disruption to all VISA card transactions yesterday. VISA have confirmed this was caused by a hardware issue on their side. We are pleased to report that their payment system is now operating at full capacity and you can now accept VISA transactions again.

We also understand some customers may have experienced discrepancies in their end-of-day reporting. We are working with our acquiring partners to provide an update on this however, this is unlikely to be available until Monday 4th June.
